Looking to get some fresh air? Head on down to Bingham Park and see the Ellingsen Bandstand!
Learn about Christopher Ellingsen, the man from Norway whose illustrious career took him all over the world, eventually settling his family in Hawley. Commuting to work in NYC, he designed the park, including the bandstand, during the Great Depression.
Volunteers needed, we'd love your help! Opportunities available for the planning, execution and day of festivities for the Bandstand Celebration on July 29, 2023.
